Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Immersive Vision LLC ("Immersive Vision," "we," "us," or "our") collects, accesses, uses, stores, shares, protects, retains, and deletes personal information in connection with immersivevision.us, Immersive Vision workspaces, immersive property experiences, scheduling features, and related services. It also specifically explains our handling of Google user data obtained through Google OAuth and Google Calendar APIs.

Google user data summary.

When a workspace user chooses to connect Google Calendar, Immersive Vision requests only the minimum permissions needed to check calendar availability and manage showing appointments in a calendar created by Immersive Vision. We do not request broad read access to private calendar event content, and Google Workspace API data is not used for advertising, sale, credit decisions, or training generalized AI or machine-learning models.

1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, company or brokerage name, email address, telephone number, project information, property details, communications, service requests, workspace account information, scheduling preferences, and information submitted through proposals, invoices, lead forms, or client-facing experiences.

We may also collect technical and usage information necessary to operate and secure the service, such as device and browser information, IP address, timestamps, authentication/session information, page interactions, and diagnostic logs.

2. Google user data we access

Google data is accessed only after a user affirmatively connects a Google Account and grants permission through Google's OAuth consent screen. Depending on the permissions granted, Immersive Vision may access:

Immersive Vision does not request broad permission to read all event details from a user's existing calendars. The free/busy permission does not provide us with private event titles, descriptions, notes, attendee lists, attachments, or other event content from those calendars.

3. How we use Google user data

Google user data is used only to provide and operate user-facing scheduling functionality that the connected user requested. Specifically, we use it to identify the connected Google Account, check whether a proposed appointment time is free or busy, reduce scheduling conflicts, create a dedicated Immersive Vision showing calendar, and create or manage confirmed showing appointments within calendars created by Immersive Vision.

We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, personalized advertising, retargeting, building advertising profiles, determining creditworthiness, lending, selling data, providing data to brokers or resellers, or any purpose unrelated to the functionality the user authorized.

4. Sharing, transfer, and disclosure of Google user data

We do not sell Google user data. We do not disclose or transfer Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, information resellers, or unrelated third parties.

Google user data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers acting on our behalf only to the extent necessary to host, secure, maintain, or operate Immersive Vision's authorized functionality, and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of our services.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use

Immersive Vision's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not use Google Workspace API data for advertising or marketing profiles.

6. Storage and security

To maintain an authorized Google Calendar connection, we may store the connected Google email address, Google account identifier, granted OAuth scopes, calendar identifiers, connection status, scheduling settings, access-token metadata, and OAuth credentials. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and used only by server-side Immersive Vision services for the functions authorized by the user.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These safeguards include access controls, secure transmission, encrypted credential storage, least-privilege permissions, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we maintain protections appropriate to the nature of the information processed.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to provide contracted services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the service, and satisfy legal obligations.

Google OAuth credentials are retained only while the Calendar connection remains active or as otherwise required for legitimate security or legal purposes. When a user disconnects Google Calendar through Immersive Vision, the stored Calendar connection credentials are removed from the active connection record. A user may also revoke Immersive Vision's Google access through the user's Google Account security settings.

Users may request deletion of their Immersive Vision account or associated personal information by emailing contact@immersivevision.us. We will process valid deletion requests subject to applicable legal, contractual, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping requirements.

8. Other service data and business records

Separate from Google OAuth data, Immersive Vision may process client and project information necessary to provide visualization, immersive experiences, proposals, invoices, project tracking, analytics, leads, client workspaces, and related services. We use this information to deliver requested services, communicate with clients, maintain business records, support security and troubleshooting, and improve user-facing product functionality.

9. Cookies, sessions, and analytics

Immersive Vision may use cookies, browser storage, session tokens, and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, preferences, and service operation. We may also collect aggregate or operational usage information to understand service performance and improve user-facing functionality. Google Calendar user data obtained through OAuth is not repurposed for advertising analytics.

10. Service providers and third-party services

We may use vendors and infrastructure providers to host, deliver, secure, monitor, or support our services. These providers may process information on our behalf only as necessary to perform contracted services. Certain features also interact directly with third-party services, such as Google, and those third parties process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Your choices and rights

You may choose not to connect Google Calendar. You may disconnect it later, revoke Google OAuth permissions, request access to personal information we maintain about you, request corrections, or request deletion where applicable. Some service functionality may not operate if necessary permissions are declined or revoked.

12. Children's privacy

Immersive Vision's commercial services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Workspace or Google Calendar integration.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or data practices. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes affecting Google user data will be reflected in this Policy before or when the applicable data practice changes.
